Procurement Officer – Fit-out & Joinery

About the role

Royal Joinery is seeking a Procurement Officer to lead strategic sourcing and contract management for its high‑profile fit‑out and joinery projects. You will ensure the timely delivery of quality materials while driving cost‑efficiency across MEP, interior fit‑out and joinery works.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project goals and budgets.
• Research, evaluate and select suppliers to build a reliable supply chain.
• Negotiate contracts to secure optimal pricing, terms and conditions.
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle from purchase order to delivery.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Track inventory, forecast material needs and optimise resource allocation.
• Coordinate logistics to minimise delays and disruptions.
• Prepare procurement reports and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets and procurement regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Material Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in the UAE joinery or interior fit‑out industry.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP and interior fit‑out materials and market trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
