Project Manager – Joinery

About the role

Royal Joinery is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the fit‑out phase of high‑profile joinery projects. You will ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full design and construction process for joinery projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Lead design teams to develop solutions that meet client expectations and budget constraints.
• Administer complex contracts, ensuring contractor compliance with terms and conditions.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Oversee procurement activities, tender documentation, contract negotiations, and client reporting.
• Lead project meetings and communicate status and issues to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Prepare ad‑hoc reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the joinery industry.
• Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, materials and processes.
• Proven ability to manage design, construction, contracts and procurement.
