About the role
Join a leading AI lab as a Procurement Specialist to help train cutting‑edge language models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote, flexible position involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI‑generated procurement artifacts across core workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and manage RFPs and RFQs, including vendor scoring and evaluation matrices.
- Review and negotiate supplier contracts, SLAs, and conduct spend‑analysis reports.
- Perform vendor‑risk assessments and develop category strategy and savings‑pipeline reviews.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management.
- Direct ownership of running RFP/RFQ processes and reviewing vendor contracts and SLAs.
- Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide deck craftsmanship with strong written communication.
