Procurement Supervisor – Cabin & IFE (Emiratisation)

About the role

The Procurement Supervisor (Cabin & IFE) – Emiratisation will support the timely sourcing, purchasing and borrowing of cabin and in‑flight entertainment items, ensuring the aircraft dispatch reliability standards required by Emirates Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Source, purchase and borrow limited groups of items (BFE, retrofit, breakdown spares) in line with procurement policy and engineering procedures.
• Monitor supply‑chain KPIs such as overdue orders, backlogs and vendor performance; highlight critical failures and drive corrective actions.
• Review price and lead‑time variances with the Contracts Management Unit and challenge vendors against contractual agreements.
• Resolve invoice and store discrepancies through coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Prepare and execute RFQs, shortlist suppliers, negotiate terms (price, lead‑time, INCOTERMS, payment) and authorise purchase orders within assigned financial limits.
• For purchases exceeding limits, obtain approval from the competent authority before release.
• Generate service orders after receipt of approved requests and vendor quotations, and notify Group Accounts Payable for invoice processing.

Required profile

• UAE national (Emiratisation) with proven experience in procurement, preferably within the aviation or aerospace sector.
• Strong understanding of procurement policies, vendor management and supply‑chain performance metrics.
