Product Analyst – Ecommerce

About the role

Landmark Digital, the digital arm of Landmark Group serving eight leading brands, is looking for a Product Analyst to drive ecommerce performance through data-led insights across the customer journey, from discovery and search through category browsing, product pages, cart and checkout. The analyst acts as a key business partner to product management and business teams, identifying conversion gaps, designing experiments and communicating actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end customer journeys across web and app
• Identify conversion gaps across search results, category pages, PDPs, cart and checkout flows, and propose and prioritize optimization experiments
• Partner with Product Managers, Business, UX and Tech teams to define metrics for new features such as filters, recommendations, personalization and payment options
• Build and automate dashboards tracking KPIs such as traffic, add-to-cart rate and sell-through
• Design and run A/B tests to drive higher CTRs and conversions
• Investigate root causes of drop-offs by device, platform, geography or payment gateway and recommend fixes

Required profile

• 5-8 years in product or ecommerce analytics, preferably in fashion, apparel or lifestyle
• Demonstrated impact on revenue, conversion or funnel efficiency through data-driven insights
• Cross-functional experience with Product, Design, Tech, Business/Category and Operations teams
• Strong understanding of ecommerce trends, funnel metrics and checkout workflows
