About the role

Join Mastercard’s internship program as a Product Management Intern for Summer 2027 in Dubai. You will be placed in a business unit where you will learn how Mastercard builds business cases, develops scalable customer‑centric products and brings them to market.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing business cases for new product opportunities and support go‑to‑market planning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to help design and refine scalable, customer‑focused product solutions.

Required profile

• Penultimate‑year student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, graduating between Dec 2027 and July 2028.
• Available full‑time for 10‑12 weeks starting June 2027.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible, adaptive and a strong collaborator.
• Well‑planned, organized and able to manage time effectively.
• UAE nationals preferred.
