Product Manager CNS

About the role

Menarini, a leading international biopharmaceutical company, is hiring a Product Manager CNS for its growing team in Dubai, UAE. The role develops and implements regional brand strategies across the assigned therapeutic area, drives business performance and supports sustainable growth across the GCC markets, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to turn regional business objectives into strategic and tactical initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and coordinate quarterly regional brand performance with local marketing teams, highlight market share dynamics and propose actions to senior management
• Align monthly on regional strategy execution and coordinate annual and long-range financial planning and forecasting
• Generate business performance analytics from internal tools such as the demand sales dashboard and MES system, and support business development evaluation
• Provide market mapping, segmentation and analysis for product profitability schemes and new product P&L assessments
• Prepare regional product strategies, lifecycle management plans and annual budgets, and operational plans with the local marketing team
• Build disease and market understanding through surveys and market research, and create regional promotional campaigns, materials and a quarterly guide of key messages
• Comply with data integrity policy, maintain and archive records and follow company procedures

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Pharmacy or Medicine (MD)
• Minimum 8 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, including 3-5 years in specialty care (preferably CNS) or related therapeutic areas, with strong knowledge of brand strategy, budget planning and product P&L management
• Prior experience in GCC markets
• Fluent Arabic and English
