Product Manager - Customer Experience

About the role

As a part of our team, you'll help us shape a platform that works for One — a business owner, an artist, a freelancer. In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end customer experience in the UMO mobile app, from onboarding through everyday crypto and upcoming fiat features.

Key responsibilities

• Build deep understanding of customers, their needs and trust drivers across crypto and fiat.
• Design a coherent end‑to‑end app experience, from onboarding to daily use.
• Plan and run user research, interviews and UX/usability testing, turning insights into product decisions.
• Define and improve CX metrics such as onboarding conversion, activation, retention, CSAT/NPS.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Risk to meet regulatory requirements without friction.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Operations and Marketing to ship and iterate core features.
• Leverage AI tools (Cursor, Claude) to accelerate research synthesis, spec definition and journey mapping.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in B2C fintech mobile products.
• Hands‑on experience with crypto products, wallets, custody and on‑chain transactions.
• Proven track record of measurable improvements to conversion, activation or retention.
• Practical experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with funnel optimisation, cohort analysis and A/B testing.
• Understanding of regulated onboarding frameworks and compliance boundaries.
• Ability to own end‑to‑end problem solving and deliver milestones autonomously.
• Fluent written and spoken English for clear product vision communication.
