Product Manager (Mobile App)

About the role

The Product Manager (Mobile App) leads the strategic direction and end-to-end delivery of ADNOC Distribution's mobile applications, bridging business objectives with technical execution. The role owns the mobile app as a strategic platform for revenue, engagement and service, works with executive-level stakeholders and coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the mobile app product strategy aligned with the digital roadmap, create roadmaps and manage the product backlog with digital and business stakeholders.
• Analyze the market, benchmark against competitors and own digital channel commercial performance, including revenue, conversion and cost to serve.
• Own end-to-end customer journeys covering loyalty, payments and service consumption, and oversee the full product lifecycle.
• Lead agile ceremonies, champion a customer-centric approach and drive post-launch analysis and optimization.
• Drive change initiatives across Marketing, CX, Digital, IT, Operations and Finance, and present updates to senior leadership.
• Track KPIs such as CSAT, NPS, App Store ratings, MAU, conversion rates, crash rate, load time and ROI, and report on performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy and regulatory standards, and work with legal and IT teams on risk mitigation.
