Product Manager – Trade Product

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Product Manager to join the Transaction Banking Trade Product team at ADCB. You will translate strategy into a differentiated product portfolio, drive cross‑selling, and support the bank’s growth across the UAE and MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a complex product portfolio that meets customer needs and captures market opportunities.
• Propose and implement strategies to enhance product cross‑selling, increasing customer acquisition, activation and retention.
• Build market intelligence, conduct research and monitor competitive landscape to support decision‑making.
• Review and control the product portfolio to ensure alignment with risk strategy and market conditions.
• Lead and motivate the team, ensuring adherence to ADCB policies and delivery of high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services, preferably in a Product Management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Certified Product Manager (CPM) or equivalent.
