About the role

The Regional Business Development Manager – Cooling drives strategic growth and commercial success of Schneider Electric’s cooling portfolio across International Operations, adapting global strategies to regional market conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt global cooling strategy to regional markets and define growth plans.
• Lead regional go‑to‑market execution, positioning, messaging and offer commercialization.
• Research market needs, trends and competitor activity to inform product roadmaps.
• Manage portfolio health, supporting pricing and value‑based positioning.
• Provide sales enablement, coaching zone teams and supporting strategic deals.
• Develop partner ecosystem and ensure governance, reporting and cross‑functional alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• Significant experience in product management, business development or commercial leadership within cooling technologies.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix organization across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and stakeholder influencing skills.
