Product Operations Manager

About the role

We are building a Product Operations function from the ground up at webook.com, Saudi Arabia's leading event ticketing and experience platform. Reporting to the Sr Director of Product, you will design operating cadences, embed operational excellence, and drive cross‑functional initiatives that accelerate planning, shipping, and learning across Product, Engineering and Design.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own product ops foundations: planning cadence, OKR tracking, decision forums, roadmap hygiene, and ways of working.
• Orchestrate release readiness and go‑to‑market execution across markets with launch standards, checklists and clear ownership.
• Create post‑launch learning loops: performance tracking, insight synthesis, retrospectives and follow‑up execution with accountable product owners.
• Define and track cross‑market experience standards and launch quality signals, surfacing gaps early.
• Drive high‑impact horizontal initiatives that improve delivery speed, quality and alignment.
• Act as a connector across Product, Engineering, Design, Data and Commercial, removing friction and surfacing systemic risks.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Product Ops, Product, Business Ops, consulting or transformation roles in a tech environment.
• Proven ability to build operating models and rituals from scratch and achieve adoption without formal authority.
• Strong cross‑functional program leadership from ambiguity to shipped outcomes.
• Experience supporting multi‑market launches or localization, preferably in consumer apps, marketplaces, ticketing or entertainment.
• Prior experience hiring or leading a small team.
• Data fluency: comfortable with metrics, dashboards and making trade‑offs visible.
• Clear communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and handle conflict constructively.
