Product Owner (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of digital products in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. You will define product vision, manage the backlog and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑value solutions aligned with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA and business stakeholders to deliver product enhancements and new features.
• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements, converting them into user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Break down complex workflows into actionable development tasks.
• Prioritise features based on business value, customer impact and strategic objectives.
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, customer satisfaction and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs, groom requirements and plan releases.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience defining product success metrics and making KPI‑driven decisions.
