Product Specialist – Aesthetic Clinics (Abu Dhabi & Al Ain)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Product Specialist to promote our premium skincare line within aesthetic clinics, dermatology practices and other healthcare settings across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The role involves building strong relationships with clinic teams and driving sales growth for our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with dermatologists, clinic managers and staff.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies.
• Plan and execute customer visit schedules, prepare sales reports and keep accurate records.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform sales tactics.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences and industry events.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience selling premium skincare products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and capable of solving problems independently.
• Professional appearance and strong brand representation skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence, own vehicle and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Immediate availability.
