Product Specialist – Aesthetic Medical Device

About the role
The Product Specialist will promote and sell Imdad's aesthetic medical devices to both new and existing customers in Dubai, providing after‑sales support and training.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct consultative sales visits, identify customer needs and present product solutions.
- Deliver in‑service training, product demonstrations and presentations on‑site.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate contact information.
- Submit weekly reports on sales activities, competitor actions and pricing changes.
- Assist with accounts receivable follow‑up and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers such as doctors.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science, biomedical engineering or a related scientific field.
- 2–3 years of experience selling aesthetic medical devices in the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English.
