Product Specialist – Established Pharmaceuticals

About the role
Abbott's Product Specialist position is based in the UAE office within the Established Pharmaceutical division. The role drives consistent sales growth and the achievement of goals and targets in the assigned regions, working with colleagues to find new business, improve existing business and share knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Organize appointments and meetings with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Meet the business and scientific needs of HCPs.
- Demonstrate and present Abbott EPD products to HCPs.
- Build and maintain good business relationships with customers.
- Plan and schedule weekly and monthly timetables for day-to-day activities with clear KPIs.
- Own an assigned geographic area with its corresponding sales performance plan.
- Provide consistent market feedback.
Required profile
- Educational qualification in pharmaceutical or medical science.
- 4-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales in the UAE market.
- Tender management experience is required.
- Primary care therapeutic segment experience is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
