Product Support Executive – Automotive

About the role

Al Ghurair Mobility is seeking a proactive Product Support Executive to manage vehicle order records, coordinate with manufacturers, and support e‑commerce platforms for its new automotive brands in Dubai. The role blends order management, financial coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure seamless vehicle delivery and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain vehicle order records and forward order plans.
• Coordinate monthly order commitments with manufacturers.
• Handle new vehicle delivery registration, including subsidy and volume bonus claims.
• Prepare weekly sales forecasts for manufacturer, sales, and finance teams.
• Maintain master data, cost build‑ups, DMS codes, and vehicle specifications.
• Oversee port clearance, customs documentation, and related payments.
• Process finance invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Produce accurate stock and vehicle reports with zero errors.
• Support e‑commerce platforms with pricing, specifications, and stock availability.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer processes and internal SOPs.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and highly organized with strong data‑accuracy focus.
• Proficient in DMS and MS Excel.
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive order management, reporting, and financial coordination.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders (manufacturer, finance, customs, operations).
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
