Production Controller – Jakarta Recruitment Event

About the role

The Production Controller will oversee documentation and control of heavy and base maintenance checks for Air Arabia aircraft. This role is tied to an invitation‑only recruitment event in Jakarta, Indonesia, scheduled for the last week of September 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Control and verify documentation for heavy maintenance tasks received from Maintenance Planning.
• Distribute and display maintenance cards in the Control Docks, maintaining proper sequence.
• Monitor work progress, report delays to the Supervisor – Maintenance Planning & Records, and implement corrective actions.
• Raise non‑routine maintenance cards for defects reported by crew and logged in technical logs.
• Handle deferred defects in the AMOS system and compile debrief reports on aircraft departure.
• Track man‑hour bookings versus actual logged hours and report variations.

Required profile

• Familiarity with Air Arabia’s Procedures Manual, TPM, MOE Manual, and CAMO requirements.
• Ability to work under tight schedules and ensure compliance with maintenance plans.
• Strong attention to detail for document control and defect tracking.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the AMOS maintenance management system.
