Production Manager – Experiential BTL Activation & Trade Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Production Manager to own the physical delivery of experiential BTL activations and trade‑marketing projects across the region. You will take concepts from sign‑off through to the final crate leaving the site, ensuring they are buildable, cost‑effective and executed to premium standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret creative concepts, renders and technical drawings to produce accurate bills of quantities and production estimates.
• Source, negotiate and manage relationships with fabricators, printers, AV, lighting, rigging and specialist suppliers.
• Prepare detailed costings with clear line items, assumptions, inclusions and exclusions for client approval.
• Track quoted versus actual costs, control variations and protect project margins.
• Own the production programme from award through to install, including drawing approvals, sampling, fabrication milestones, QC checkpoints and delivery windows.
• Issue comprehensive production packs to suppliers and conduct workshop visits, mock‑up reviews and finish sign‑offs.
• Manage freight, customs clearance and logistics for regional and international shipments.
• Lead site surveys, access checks, method statements and risk assessments; run install and de‑rig crews on‑site.
• Obtain and manage permits and approvals from Civil Defence, Dubai Municipality and venue owners.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple large‑scale activation projects simultaneously.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to price builds accurately and protect margins.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Comfort working in fast‑paced environments and meeting demanding timelines.
