Production Operations Manager

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Production Operations Manager to lead a large team of up to 100 agents. The role sits within the Operations function, working closely with product teams to optimise processes, improve service levels and support the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage direct and indirect reports, fostering development and high‑performance culture.
• Define project priorities, set timelines and drive execution to meet business goals.
• Resolve complex customer issues and ensure consistent service quality.
• Collaborate with global teams to continuously improve service metrics.
• Analyse business cases, make data‑driven decisions and implement scalable systems.
• Own business line metrics, enhancing decision‑making quality and efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners for strategic deals.

Required profile

• 2:1 degree or higher from a top university.
• Experience in engineering or a structured, KPI‑focused environment such as a startup.
• Proven track record managing large, mixed teams of direct and indirect reports.
• Strong leadership, communication and people‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting, handling multiple challenges simultaneously.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a history of successful execution.
