Production & Supply Chain Coordinator – Dubai (Italian speaker)

About the role

WYCON Milano, an Italian beauty brand expanding internationally, is seeking a proactive Production & Supply Chain Coordinator in Dubai. The role ensures timely component availability, coordinates suppliers, and supports on‑time delivery of finished products.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor component orders and production schedules, resolve delays with internal teams and suppliers.
• Track component availability, reconcile physical stock with ERP records, and manage inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate logistics for collection, transportation, and delivery of components between Italian and international suppliers.
• Plan deliveries, prevent stock‑outs, and maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and shipments.
• Prepare periodic reports on production progress, risks, and corrective actions, escalating critical issues as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in supply chain management, production planning or coordination, preferably with multiple suppliers.
• Excellent command of both Italian and English.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
