Production Technician - Sterile

About the role
The Sterile Production Technician operates and monitors sterile manufacturing equipment to produce pharmaceutical products safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with cGMP, SOPs and quality systems.
Key responsibilities
- Execute production schedules and monitor sterile manufacturing processes.
- Operate production equipment according to approved SOPs and batch records.
- Identify and report process deviations, equipment issues and safety hazards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse and other departments to prevent interruptions.
- Support investigations, audits, EHS activities and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Train new employees on sterile production processes and equipment operation.
- Maintain accurate production records and ensure timely documentation.
Required profile
- Diploma or secondary school education with at least 2 years experience in sterile manufacturing.
- Functional knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and cGMP principles.
Required skills
- Operation of sterile manufacturing equipment
- Understanding of cGMP regulations
