Program Associate

About the role

The Program Associate will design, develop and deliver executive‑level learning programmes for senior leaders within a top‑tier government organisation in the UAE. This role offers high visibility with senior stakeholders and the chance to shape leadership development across the public sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop customised executive learning programmes, workshops and initiatives aligned with senior leadership needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify development objectives and ensure programme relevance.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution, including planning, scheduling, logistics and coordination of training sessions.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions while maintaining relationships with external consultants and training providers.
• Develop evaluation tools to measure effectiveness, ROI and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organization Development, Education, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑6 years of learning & development experience, preferably focused on leadership development.
• Proven experience designing and delivering programmes for senior leadership in government or large organisations in the UAE/GCC.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, innovative mindset and high professionalism.
