Program Coordinator

About the role

Metabolic Health is seeking a results‑driven Program Coordinator to sell and manage its diabetes care programmes. The role combines direct patient sales with coordination of appointments, insurance verification and follow‑up care.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage prospective patients through in‑person, phone, WhatsApp, Meta Channels and email to convert them into programme members and meet enrollment and revenue targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to programme sign‑up, including structured consultations that present clinical and financial value.
• Schedule appointments, verify insurance eligibility and coordinate with clinical teams for in‑clinic and remote services using EMR systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, programme progress and service delivery, and track adherence to milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience in a healthcare, medical or wellness environment in the UAE.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays, with a professional, patient‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for lead management.
• Familiarity with EMR platforms for appointment scheduling and documentation.
• Knowledge of insurance verification processes.
