Program Manager – Dubai

About the role

Oracle is seeking a Program Manager to lead a broad portfolio of functional initiatives in Dubai. You will coordinate multiple programs simultaneously, working closely with global cross‑functional teams to capture requirements and drive successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and execute a wide range of functional initiatives and programs.
• Plan and direct schedules for multiple concurrent programs.
• Partner with global cross‑functional teams to gather and document program requirements.
• Navigate complex dependencies, optimize critical paths, and mitigate risks.
• Influence internal and external teams to prioritize work and ensure ownership of mitigation plans.
• Provide rigorous budget management and analysis across the portfolio.
• Establish scalable frameworks, processes, and tools for end‑to‑end project management.
• Run stand‑ups, sprint planning, and maintain consistent reporting across programs.

Required profile

• Intermediate career level with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong ability to manage multiple programs and complex dependencies.
• Excellent analytical and risk‑management skills.
