Program & Ops Event Manager – Padel & Wellness

About the role

As Program & Ops Event Manager for the Padel & Wellness stream at Daos Hub, you will build and scale a recurring padel community and product, overseeing everything from concept to execution and commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the annual and quarterly calendar of padel activities, proposing new event and community formats.
• Create event concepts including positioning, format, target audience, participant journey and networking mechanics.
• Search, evaluate and negotiate with padel venues across Dubai.
• Design tournament formats with professional operators and referees, ensuring smooth competition logistics.
• Own event budgets, prepare estimates, control costs and keep projects within approved P&L.
• Source and manage suppliers such as venues, referees, coaches, equipment, production, F&B, entertainment, wellness, photographers, branding, trophies and uniforms.
• Coordinate internal teams (Design, Marketing, Performance Marketing, Partnerships, BizDev, Event Operations) and prepare clear briefs, timelines and deliverables.
• Recruit participating companies, players and community members, and build relationships within the Dubai padel and business ecosystems.
• Identify and support sponsorship and partnership opportunities, designing sponsor integrations and on‑site activations.
• Lead operational planning, run‑of‑show, registration, participant flows, staffing, equipment, branding and contingency planning, and execute events on‑site.
• Collect feedback and performance data after each activation and propose improvements for future iterations.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in event management delivering projects end‑to‑end.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders, suppliers and budgets.
• Strong operational mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑ownership environments.
