Project Coordinator – AI Decision‑Support Startup

About the role

The Technology Innovation Institute is launching a startup to industrialise a secure, AI‑enabled decision‑support platform that fuses multi‑sensor data. As a Project Coordinator you will keep the delivery rhythm tight, support engineering and GIS teams, and help establish the processes needed for sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain delivery trackers such as sprint plans, release calendars, RAID logs, decision logs and dependency maps.
• Coordinate ceremonies and key meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on actions.
• Collect weekly updates from engineering, GIS and AI teams and publish execution dashboards.
• Track recruiting milestones for each role, from job description creation to offer acceptance.
• Support PR and PO tracking, liaising with stakeholders as required.
• Assist with contract and SOW coordination, handling document routing, version control and legal/procurement follow‑up.
• Manage partner and vendor touchpoints, maintaining shared action registers.
• Ensure documentation hygiene across repositories, including folder structure, naming conventions and approvals.

Required profile

• 1 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, delivery operations or engineering operations.
• Experience supporting software development teams is a strong plus.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
