Project Coordinator – Construction

About the role

The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager in delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. Acting as the central communication hub, the role links site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate daily activities across site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Monitor progress, track risks, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and meeting minutes.
• Work with procurement and logistics to ensure timely material delivery.
• Serve as liaison for client, consultant, and internal communications.
• Support quality assurance, compliance, and non‑conformance tracking.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
• Handle administrative tasks, including file management and travel logistics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction project coordination, preferably in EPC, modular, infrastructure, or building projects.
• Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) are a plus.
