Project Coordinator – Emirati Talent

About the role

The Project Coordinator will support IT‑related initiatives, helping to plan, execute and monitor internal projects that drive the organization’s technology strategy. You will act as a business partner for internal customers, translating their needs into actionable project plans.

Key responsibilities

• Administer projects from planning through implementation and dissemination.
• Maintain up‑to‑date status reports and ensure all project documentation is properly filed and distributed.
• Monitor resources to improve efficiency and maximize deliverables.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Organise and schedule meetings, track progress and resolve issues.
• Liaise with vendors to identify use cases and maximize technology tool usage.
• Prepare communication and change‑management materials for go‑live activities.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
• Develop process maps, current/future state analyses, acceptance criteria and business requirement documents.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of policies and processes with strict compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail, self‑organized and fast execution.
• Strong organisational skills, able to multitask and manage time effectively.
