Project Coordinator – Interior Fit Out (Dubai) – Immediate

About the role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator for our Interior Fit‑Out division in Dubai. The role bridges the design office, site teams, vendors and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within quality standards and compliant with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in preparing project plans, master schedules and detailed micro‑planning for interior fit‑out works.
• Coordinate daily between design, site engineers, MEP teams, procurement and client representatives.
• Follow up material submittals, shop drawing approvals, RFIs and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress, labour and MIS reports to management.
• Maintain and update project documentation including drawings, minutes of meetings, permits, inspection requests and snag lists.
• Attend and record client coordination, internal review and safety meetings.
• Monitor site progress against schedule, flag delays and support issue resolution.

Required profile

• Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in interior fit‑out, joinery or commercial construction projects within the UAE/GCC.
• Knowledge of interior finishes, MEP coordination, BOQ and UAE construction standards.
• Valid UAE residence visa preferred; transferable visa or NOC if currently employed.
