Project Coordinator

About the role

The Project Coordinator will support the sales organization by ensuring accurate statistical forecasting and cost‑effective project execution within SAP. This 12‑month fixed‑term position is based in Dubai and focuses on end‑to‑end project management.

Key responsibilities

• Generate statistical forecasts using actual business data in SAP and evaluate forecast accuracy.
• Manage full project activities in SAP, including setup, legal reviews, contract approvals, purchase‑order creation, procurement, and customer billing.
• Coordinate project costs, profit margins, and timelines to ensure on‑schedule delivery of materials, services, and deliverables.
• Track revenue and cost recognition to support sales targets and ensure timely project execution.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring proper documentation in the system.
• Liaise with subsidiaries to address ad‑hoc queries and facilitate smooth contract processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience handling project lifecycle activities such as budgeting, cost tracking, revenue recognition, and financial monitoring.
• Hands‑on exposure to ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience collaborating with internal teams, subsidiaries, and external partners.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to data integrity.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for reporting and visualization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a cross‑functional environment.
