Project Coordinator – Large‑Scale Mixed‑Use Development

About the role

Hill International is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support a large‑scale mixed‑use development project. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing documentation, and ensuring project schedules are met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across master‑planning, infrastructure, operations, commercial, and interface teams.
• Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, and deliverable logs, identifying potential delays or risks.
• Manage document control, correspondence, approvals tracking, and reporting to keep audit‑ready records.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and follow‑up actions.
• Prepare periodic progress reports and status updates for senior management.
• Handle procurement documentation, variation requests, payment processing, and compliance procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Urban Planning or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in large‑scale development, infrastructure, or mixed‑use projects.
• Proven experience with reputable PMC/consultants or major developers, contractors, or real‑estate organisations.
• Fluent English and Arabic communication skills.
• Advanced training in scheduling, document control or project controls is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and digital document management systems.
