Project Development Engineer - Security Systems

About the role

The Project Development Engineer – Security Systems reports to the Pre‑Sales Lead and is based in the Dubai office. You will support the sales team by providing application‑specific solutions and product information for security and ELV systems, driving growth of the aftermarket division.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team on application‑specific jobs and product information for security and ELV solutions.
• Carry out site surveys across the assigned territory, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors as required.
• Attend sales presentations with sales engineers and interact with end‑users to gather specifications and resolve issues.
• Lead peer‑to‑peer meetings with operations, procurement, commercial and other internal stakeholders to ensure project scope, timeline and customer requirements are met.

Required profile

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation or a related field.
• Minimum 4‑5 years UAE experience in estimation of security and ELV systems.
• Strong negotiation and vendor‑management skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication in English.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
