About the role

The Project Engineer – Piling & Shoring will lead the engineering, coordination and on‑site execution of piling, shoring and related foundation works for large‑scale development projects.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily site activities for piling, shoring and foundation works, including bored, CFA and driven piles.
Review construction drawings, specifications and geotechnical reports to ensure compliance and resolve technical issues.
Prepare work plans, coordinate manpower, equipment and subcontractors to meet production targets.
Ensure QA/QC and HSE standards are met through inspections, testing and safety briefings.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in civil or geotechnical engineering.
8‑10 years of hands‑on experience in piling, shoring and deep‑foundation projects, preferably in the UAE/GCC.

Required skills

Piling (bored, CFA, driven piles)
Shoring systems (secant, contiguous, sheet, soldier piles)
Deep foundations and excavation support
Interpretation of construction drawings and geotechnical reports
Preparation of method statements and site coordination
