About the role
The Project Engineer – Piling & Shoring will lead the engineering, coordination and on‑site execution of piling, shoring and related foundation works for large‑scale development projects.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily site activities for piling, shoring and foundation works, including bored, CFA and driven piles.
- Review construction drawings, specifications and geotechnical reports to ensure compliance and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare work plans, coordinate manpower, equipment and subcontractors to meet production targets.
- Ensure QA/QC and HSE standards are met through inspections, testing and safety briefings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or geotechnical engineering.
- 8‑10 years of hands‑on experience in piling, shoring and deep‑foundation projects, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
Required skills
- Piling (bored, CFA, driven piles)
- Shoring systems (secant, contiguous, sheet, soldier piles)
- Deep foundations and excavation support
- Interpretation of construction drawings and geotechnical reports
- Preparation of method statements and site coordination
