Project Foreman – Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

The Project Foreman will supervise and manage construction sites in Abu Dhabi, focusing on dewatering operations for large projects. Reporting to the Project Engineer, you will ensure that all site activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities, with a particular emphasis on dewatering processes.
• Coordinate and lead multiple dewatering crews, delegating tasks and monitoring progress.
• Maintain accurate records of site operations and report status to the Project Engineer.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Required profile

• College Certificate/Diploma in Associate Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 3‑5 years of construction experience, preferably with exposure to dewatering projects.
• Systematic, well‑organized and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Resourceful and able to operate in challenging site conditions.
