Project Manager (Agile)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of projects for a supplier of jewelry manufacturing machinery and technology solutions. The role focuses on Agile delivery, cross‑functional team leadership and alignment with business objectives, timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and deliver projects within defined scope, timeline and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation and track milestones.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies and apply Agile methodologies.
• Provide regular status updates, manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication between business and technical teams.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies, implement mitigation strategies and manage change impacts.
• Maintain project documentation, reports and ensure compliance with governance standards.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of proven project management experience, including medium to large‑scale projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Mandatory PMP certification and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication abilities.
