Project Manager - Civil Construction & Contracting

About the role

Whizz HR is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil construction and contracting projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing projects from planning through handover, ensuring they meet time, budget, quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor progress, costs, quality and timelines, and report regularly.
• Supervise site operations and ensure compliance with local construction regulations.
• Handle procurement, contracts, variations and project documentation.
• Identify risks, resolve issues and lead site teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction and contracting, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety standards and local regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
