Project Manager – Civil (High‑Rise Towers)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civil) to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of high‑rise tower projects in Abu Dhabi. The role covers everything from base works and sub‑structure through super‑structure construction to final civil finishing and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site mobilisation, enabling works and deep basement construction, including piling, shoring and dewatering.
• Oversee raft foundation works, ensuring compliance with thermal‑mass concrete and waterproofing specifications.
• Manage the typical floor construction cycle, high‑performance concrete placement, post‑tensioned slab sequences and the deployment of tower cranes, passenger hoists and placing booms.
• Coordinate the civil‑structural interface with façade installation to keep the building sealed according to the master schedule.
• Take ownership of internal civil finishes – masonry, plaster, screed, tiling and high‑end floor/wall finishes – and supervise the snagging/de‑snagging process.
• Act as primary liaison for Abu Dhabi Municipality and Abu Dhabi Civil Defense inspections, permits and compliance.
• Ensure Estidama Pearl Rating requirements are met for civil materials and waste management.
• Control the project critical path using Primavera P6 and manage civil budget, subcontractor variations and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (accredited/attested).
• 15–20 years of construction experience.
• Successfully delivered at least two high‑rise tower projects (G+30) from base to finishing.
