About the role
We are looking for a BIM Coordinator specialized in Mechanical/Electrical systems and a skilled Revit Modeler to develop and maintain coordinated MEP and BMS models.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and update coordinated MEP and BMS models using Revit and relevant BIM tools.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues with other disciplines.
- Produce model‑based shop drawings, layouts and schedules.
- Maintain model accuracy and revisions according to project BIM requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years experience in MEP, BMS or electromechanical fields.
- UAE experience preferred.
