Project Manager – Commercial & Delivery

About the role

DP World is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial and delivery activities for its projects in Dubai. The role covers the full project lifecycle from lead generation and bid preparation through execution, handover and post‑completion support.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in commercial activities, including lead generation, bid estimation and budget preparation.
• Identify, research and target new business opportunities.
• Coach, mentor and evaluate project team members, communicating expectations and providing feedback.
• Manage risk, resource allocation (human and material) and procurement for projects and contracts.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle: scope definition, execution, subcontractor coordination, logistics, permits (Trakhees, DM, landlords), testing, commissioning and snag resolution.
• Produce handover documentation such as as‑builts, O&Ms and warranties.
• Maintain project budgets, cash flow, margins and ensure accurate invoicing and timely collection.
• Chair client progress meetings, manage change orders and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, safety standards and international quality standards, conduct site inspections and implement QC/ITPs.

Required profile

• Proven ability to coach and mentor project teams.
• Strong communication skills for client meetings and stakeholder management.
• Experience in risk management and resource planning.
• Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
