Project Manager – Digital Transformation & Compliance

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a portfolio of digital transformation, automation, and regulatory compliance initiatives for MedNet Global Health Care Solutions. The role translates business objectives and compliance requirements into actionable solutions that improve operational efficiency, ensure adherence to standards, and enhance the customer experience across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver digital transformation and automation projects across core operational workflows.
• Manage key account roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
• Oversee regulatory compliance programs and certifications such as ADHICS, SOC2, and ISO standards.
• Implement emerging technologies, including AI‑enabled process enhancements, to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk logs, and business cases with defined success metrics.
• Facilitate requirements‑gathering workshops and produce Business Requirements Documents, Requirements Traceability Matrices, and Use Cases.
• Partner with IT specialists and technical teams to translate requirements into solution designs and implementation roadmaps.
• Define project success criteria, operational KPIs, and acceptance criteria aligned with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.
• Proven experience managing complex projects in a regulated environment.
• Strong ability to coordinate across business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership.
