Project Manager – Electrical System Integration

About the role

Al Rostamani Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of electrical system integration projects, including relay and control panels, low‑voltage switchgear and protection systems. The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with customers, consultants and utilities, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of multiple EPC projects from contract award through commissioning and handover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, budgets and execution strategies.
• Coordinate engineering activities for relay & control panels, LV switchgear, protection schemes and system integration.
• Manage procurement of long‑lead electrical equipment and monitor manufacturing progress.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers, conduct project meetings and provide regular status reports.
• Oversee testing, FAT/SAT, commissioning, energisation and resolve technical issues on site.
• Track project costs, invoicing, cash flow and ensure profitability while handling change orders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• 10‑12 years of experience in EPC, industrial or utility projects, with at least 5‑8 years in electrical panel manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale projects safely, on schedule and within budget.
