Project Manager (Execution)

About the role

The company, a global energy maritime logistics leader and the logistics arm of ADNOC Group, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of marine civil, coastal and offshore infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from concept, FEED, detailed design, procurement, EPC, commissioning, handover and close‑out for jetties, quay walls, breakwaters, dredging, reclamation and related works.
• Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan, baseline schedule, budget, risk register and marine logistics plan.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors and marine spreads, ensuring safety, quality, cost‑effectiveness and compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee design assurance, constructability reviews, permit acquisition, stakeholder coordination and contract administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; postgraduate qualifications in Project Management or related fields are an asset.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in medium‑ to large‑scale marine civil projects, including at least one mega‑scale project > USD 500 million in the oil & gas sector.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and strong knowledge of UAE port, municipal and environmental authority requirements.

Required skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for scheduling and controls.
• Expertise in marine construction methodologies, temporary works, marine plant logistics and metocean constraints.
• Strong capability in project controls, budget management, contract administration and risk management.
