Project Manager – Hospitality ERP Integrations

About the role

The Project Manager will lead complex technical implementations for hospitality clients in Dubai, focusing on the integration of enterprise resource planning systems and guest‑facing technologies. Working on‑site, you will act as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure digital transformation goals are achieved on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deployment and integration of enterprise‑grade cloud resource planning platforms.
• Oversee technical implementations for hospitality‑specific systems, including property management and point‑of‑sale solutions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end project lifecycle from planning through execution and final delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional technical teams to ensure seamless data flow between integrated systems.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure compliance with client requirements and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary on‑site liaison for stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and proactive risk assessments.
• Resolve technical hurdles and integration challenges between specialized hotel applications and core business backbones.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing integrations for Oracle Fusion platforms.
• Professional experience in technical project management within the IT or systems integration domain.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site at client locations for the duration of the project.
• Basic knowledge of hotel applications such as Opera PMS, Simphony POS, and Spa systems, with integration experience considered an advantage.
