Project Manager – Hospitality & F&B Fit‑Out & Openings

About the role

We are looking for multiple Project Managers to lead the delivery of hospitality and food‑and‑beverage fit‑out projects, with a focus on restaurant openings. You will coordinate projects from design through construction, handover and launch, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of multiple fit‑out and opening projects across hospitality sites.
• Coordinate design development, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Monitor on‑site progress, contractor performance and resolve design issues.
• Develop and maintain project programmes, trackers, risk registers and reporting dashboards.
• Track budgets, variations, consultant fees and cash‑flow milestones, flagging potential overruns.
• Support pre‑opening activities to ensure operational readiness for restaurant launches.

Required profile

• Early project‑management experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail or store‑opening projects.
• Hands‑on understanding of F&B fit‑out delivery and opening processes.
• Proven ability to work with designers, contractors, suppliers and operations teams.
• Strong organisational skills and proactive risk identification.
