Project Manager IMU - Navigation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex navigation subsystem programs. The role involves driving projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while meeting budget, quality, schedule, and performance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver Navigation Subsystem projects from concept through completion.
• Define and manage project scope, schedules, milestones, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop system engineering, testing, quality, and configuration management plans.
• Ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements, technical specifications, and organizational standards.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to align outcomes with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, and resource utilization for on‑time, cost‑effective delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the lifecycle.
• Establish project governance, reporting, and communication processes for leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage project changes and enforce appropriate controls to achieve objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery, quality, and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing navigation‑related or similar technical subsystem projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and program management teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
• Demonstrated capability to monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Experience in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
