Project Manager – Infrastructure Design

About the role

Parsons is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver small to medium‑size infrastructure design projects, defining scope, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations and ensuring deliverables align with contractual obligations.
• Monitor performance, budgets, and timelines, applying corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and procurement activities for efficient project execution.
• Lead staffing, team development, performance management, and mentoring of direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, security, and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, change control, and contract variations, including scope negotiations.
• Chair project meetings, provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, and maintain accurate project records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 14 years of experience in infrastructure design and project management.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven track record delivering complex infrastructure design projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
