Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out (Villas & Mansions)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑end residential interior fit‑out projects in Dubai, covering villas, townhouses and mansions. The role oversees the full project lifecycle from award to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage residential fit‑out projects from award through completion and handover.
• Control project timelines, budgets, procurement schedules and resource planning.
• Coordinate design development, technical documentation, site execution and final delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants, contractors and authorities, providing regular progress updates.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals and ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements.
• Manage tendering processes, BOQ preparation, RFP responses and contractor evaluations.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, quality standards and safety compliance.
• Perform quality audits, oversee snagging and ensure all works meet approved specifications.

Required profile

• Strong engineering background with full life‑cycle fit‑out project experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, contractors and consultants.
• Highly organized, leadership‑driven and able to anticipate and resolve issues early.
