Project Manager – Interior Fit‑Out

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Project Manager to own the technical, operational and profitable delivery of multiple interior fit‑out projects from award through completion and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, programme and resource multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within agreed schedules and budgets.
• Lead site delivery teams, coordinate design, procurement, production and subcontractors, and act as the principal day‑to‑day representative with clients, consultants and main contractors.
• Monitor project budgets, labour productivity, material usage and risks; identify cost overruns or programme slippage early and implement corrective actions.
• Control material inventory, order quantities and timing to avoid shortages, waste or over‑ordering.
• Inspect progress, quality, productivity and safety on site; manage snagging, handover and close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 7–8 years of construction/interior fit‑out experience, including at least 4–5 years in the UAE.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and site teams simultaneously.
• Strong commercial awareness of budgets, productivity, waste and profitability.
• Valid UAE driving licence and current residence in the UAE.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Project‑planning tools (e.g., MS Project or equivalent).
• PMP or equivalent project‑management qualification (preferred).
